值得注意的是，瑞銀證券評等由看空轉向看多，認為：『We are upgrading Global Unichip from Sell to Buy with NT$1,530 price target as the company should pass through the tough YoY comparison in 1H24 with upcoming catalysts including: 1) NRE and turnkey upside from cryptocurrency, 2) ramp of Microsoft's AI training chipset, 3) higher possibility to keep the 2nd gen cloud AI chipset project win, 4) potential to work with Hynix on HBM base die on 12nm and 5) advanced NRE opportunity from ARM Neoverse platform with higher project dollar content.』。
